The King Philip Teachers Association was founded in 1957, the same year the school district opened. Dedicated to improving education for the children in grades 7-12 of the towns of Norfolk, Plainville, and Wrentham, the K.P. teachers joined forces with the Massachusetts Teachers Association and the National Education Association and still maintain that affiliation.
